2023 Rates Demands

4 August 2023

Rates Demands for 2023 have now been sent to all Parish of St Clement ratepayers.

Any ratepayer who has not received a Rate Demand should contact the Parish Office immediately. By virtue of this Notice, each ratepayer shall be taken to have received a Rate Demand for payment and it shall not be an excuse for non-payment that it was not received.

A surcharge of 10% will be added to all amounts not paid within 3 months of the date of the bill. This payment date being 12 noon on Wednesday 11 October 2023.
